University Records Management FACULTY Training In-Person
Are you a member of Mason faculty whose curious as to what your records responsibilities are? Join University Records Management for a quick 1-hour training session just for faculty! Bring your questions about exams, evaluations, ectera, and even pick up boxes for records storage. Training sessions will be hosted in the Collections Research Seminar Room (Fenwick Library 2400). Please RSVP at recmgt@gmu.edu as seating is limited. University Records Management assists with the retention and disposal of non-permanent university records regardless of format. It minimizes the space, equipment, and personnel required to store and maintain records. Records Management assists with the timely disposal of records in full compliance with university policy, state retention requirements, and federal law.
