UDTS: Writing session Online

Consistency is the key to writing and UDTS is here to help you with that.

The UDTS writing session is a morning ~90-minute session to help you achieve your goal of completing your dissertation/thesis or just any writing project that requires you to consistently show up, even if it's just for 25 minutes. Rome wasn't built in a day and why would your writing project be any different?

The sessions are designed to keep you accountable and help you systematically achieve your writing goal one sprint session at a time. To help our students have a successful and productive writing session we also provide a writing session guide and a template to record milestones achieved during the session.

The full ~90-minute session begins with 5-10 minutes of goal setting activity followed by 3 x 25-minute focused sprints and 5-minute rest breaks in between. Late arrivals (after 8:55am) will be allowed into the session at the beginning of the next sprint to help keep the attending students focused on their tasks.
