Tableau: Part One In-Person

In a study done by Forbes magazine in 2017, Tableau data analytics and visualization skills was the third fastest technical skill sought by employers.  Participants in this workshop will download and install a free educational license of Tableau on their own machine and then learn how to clean data and build their own dashboards using Tableau. If you do not have a laptop, you can use one of the DiSC Lab computers.

In this session, Part one of a two part series, you will learn the basics of Tableau.

Part two is to be determined based on feedback from workshop participants.

About the Instructor: Paul Albert has offered over 60 workshops on using Tableau and helped over 1,500 people learn how to do more with their data.  After retiring from Tableau, Paul started graduate studies in Art History at GMU.
