Introduction to GIS In-Person

This workshop will focus on the fundamental concepts of GIS and skills needed to start using ArcGIS (10.6) software to create a thematic map.  Topics will include: What is GIS? Common spatial data formats ; projections and coordinate system;  ArcMap user interface and basic analysis functions including joining tables to create a thematic map.

Anyone is welcome.
