Letters Home: The Epstein Papers In-Person
Presentation by Ben Brands, 2018 L. Claire Kincannon Intern, Special Collections Research Center, George Mason University Libraries
This presentation will explore the process and results of the 2019 L. Claire Kincannon Graduate Internship, held by PhD candidate in history, Ben Brands. For the last semester, Ben has been exploring the use of digital tools to better display and make accessible the World War II letters from the Jerome Epstein papers. Ben will discuss the various challenges and discoveries of this project, as well as showcase the final results, a website hosted on the Library’s Omeka-S server.
