URM: Infolinx Database Workshop In-Person
The new Infolinx database for University Records Management processing and requests is live. This workshop will cover how to sign in to the new platform and review your office's holdings within the University Records Center.
In addition, this is now the sole platform for requests involving the University Records Center, so you will learn how to create boxes for review and approval, submit boxes for a pickup request, and request files or boxes back to your organization.
Space is limited as we want to ensure participants are able to ask questions and feel comfortable with Infolinx by the end of the session. Email recmgt@gmu.edu for more questions or if you want to setup a time for a personalized workshop for your office staff.
